Needed a room clearing to store and returning later. The move included a very large, old, and awkward four poster bed that needed taking apart and reassembling on return. Nothing was too much trouble for the team that diligently ensured that everything was done carefully and just right. Very pleased with the job and the attitude of all concerned.

We contacted Albany for our recent house move in December 2024 and was hugely impressed with their service. Peter and his team were very friendly and left you with high confidence in the move. They took a great amount of care with all of our furniture and it was all packed and delivered within the day. I have used Albany for 2 moves in the last 6 months, and have received consistent good service. Peter offered flexibility with an hourly rate, and on the day turned up on time, and dealt with my possessions with care and efficiency, and all with good humour. An excellent service, and will definitely be using them again.

Peter provided me with a quotation within an hour of our phone discussion - for a small one person move from a house share in Nottingham to a flat in the south west of England . His two man team did an excellent job - all the furniture was well protected and they proficiently dismantled a table to negotiate narrow hallways. They were polite and professional. The service was good value ( I had much higher quotations from other companies ) and was worth the money instead of us struggling with loading and driving a van ourselves. Thank you Peter ,Mantas and Craig for making move day stress free.

Peter and his team moved us at relatively short notice from West Bridgford to Kirkby in Ashfield. Our move happened over two days, with the bulk of our furniture packed up and on the van the day before. Pete’s team were very attentive when they came with a smaller van to collect garage and garden items. I was touched by the considerate care they gave my collections of pots, garden ornaments and stones! Our moving day went as smoothly as possible, the team were careful, quick and gave 100% of their effort to ensure that we were happy with everything they did. We heartily recommend Albany Removals for their friendly, efficient and professional service. A big thank you from us.
