The customer self-packed, so we arrived for an 8am start and attached the ramp on our 18-tonne truck ready for loading. It was our larger truck; at 38 feet long, it has plenty of room for large moves, avoiding the need for repeat journeys. As always, we put down carpet protectors on the floors and stairs.

A successful removal, but not without a few obstacles due to late key release. It was a local removal between properties in West Bridgford, beginning at 8 am in the morning.
I had previously been round to see the customer to offer a quote for the removal and gauge the size of truck needed as well as the number of portable wardrobe boxes, mattress bags and sofa covers needed.
